We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after placing it. This policy outlines the process for canceling an order and the associated fees and restrictions.
When can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order for any reason, but there are some restrictions:
- E-Product not refund
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. - Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Sale items cannot be canceled once the sale has ended.
